I ordered the cymbal and snare head and was given a two day delivery date. I'm local to the warehouse and when I got the order confirmation I emailed the company and explained the next day was my birthday and would love to receive it on my birthday. Sure enough the next day it was delivered to my door. The best customer service I've experienced.
