Sound is great. EQs are quite usable. The boost function is nice to have. Nice to be able to use AA batteries vs stringing a 9V adapter cable up front. And compared to the Fishman and LR Baggs that i've used and sent back, the tuner works very well. Been very durable over the years although I do not abuse it. Overall very satisfied and recommend it.

Take my advice my advice, this baby is worth every penny- its like finding the holy grail of preamps. I'm playing my martins through amped 8inch speakers & I wanted a thicker sound on stage without having to incorporate active twelves or fifteens. You know sometimes you want all the fire in a smaller package, I plugged in my Zoom ac-2 did some basic tweaking & whoops there it is lol, seriously I've been doing this for close to fifty years, I'm not sure of a hell of a lot, but I sure as hell know what sounds & feels good to me this pedal tightens up your sound giving your speakers compacted punch while still breathing, and aren't we lucky to have the folks from AMS finding affordable solutions to helping us to get our hands on such productive technology these folks know that the show must go on they are musicians & more thanks.
