The Hummingbird was Gibson's very first square-shoulder dreadnought acoustic guitar and represented a true milestone. Unveiled in 1960, the Gibson Hummingbird burst onto the scene and was soon the talk of the country, folk, and bluegrass world for its versatile and robust sound.
