| Well, I would not compare it to Gibsons |
| General |
| Your general opinion of this product. |
| A bit of an adjustment was definitely needed. Action was way high. Like no one even attempted to adjust it. That's fixable. It is just not a Gibson. People keep saying they cant tell. I definitely can tell. But that is why they are 4 to 5 times cheaper. |
|
| Quality |
| Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? |
| Beautiful looks, Lighter than any of my gibby,s. 60,s slim neck, hmm I don't think so. |
|
| Playability and Feel |
| How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? |
| I like the Burstbuckers. Happy with those. Frets were rough. |
|
| Tone |
| Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? |
| Good tone, wont say like a Gibson but good. The Burstbuckers are my choice over the 57,s. |
|
| Action |
| How was the action out of the box? |
| Not Good |
|
| Finish |
| How did the stain or paint job look? |
| Really Nice. Darker than in the pictures just like all the others say. |
|
| Reliability |
| How has it stood up over time? |
| We will see. I have played 38 years, 1st Epi, Not as happy as I thought I would be after going by reviews but that's why you play, touch and grope your guitars before you buy. I am still a Gibby, Usa Fender, PRS player. This one did not change my mind. |
