This bass offers you classic styling and modern features such as a comfortable C-shape neck, active electronics and Vintage Noiseless pickups. It's built with an alder body, a maple neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard, 3-band EQ, and chrome hardware. Fender includes a deluxe gig bag with this instrument. Features: the pickups & active tones. 60's Jazz Bass's were DEAD; (I prefer the 60's P bass, much punchier..) Sound: I can make this do ~bidding~ ...that what you mean? Playability and Feel: All the great looks of the Jazz Bass, the solid ~feel~; the "wearing a concrete block on yer' neck of the Fender Jazz Bass.... Quality: Very durable feel. Dependable - the two weeks I've had it it's worked fine. For the money - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Features: The best feature to me is the variety of tone I can dial up. Really nothing to add. Sound: Great - I can dial slap and laid-back smooth jazz tone. Playability and Feel: Great feel on the C-shaped neck, very fast. I like the balance. The controls are placed were I can access easily while playing without looking - it's a Fender. Tone: The pickups are very distinquished - when I dial up the neck or bridge it is distinctive. When blend is flat you can tell. Finish: Great - very vintage look.
