Quality: You can easily tell this item is well made from quality materials. And the best part is how well it holds your guitars! It has a large grip area at the top of the stand that keeps your electric or acoustic guitar from falling over. You can brush up against your guitar and it does not move. The online photo shows a different style of grip pad; mine came with a pad that is completely flat; the increased surface area really makes a difference! Sound: NA Reliability: I have not used it long enough to provide a detailed rating for reliabilty but I am certain it will last a long time. Overall: I have not tried the rest but of all stands I have tried in the past this one is the best bang for the buck. Playability and Feel: NA Tone: NA Finish: Looks great! Action: This stand is very easy to set up and take down.
