Features: It is a compact stand that fit well in my luggage when I had to go out of town for work related travel. It works well on a table/desk or even on the floor if you are seated. I also used it on a drum kit recently and it was able to fit in a tight space rather well. It also has 2 retaining clips for the mic cable.
Ease of Use: Very easy to use just like any other mic stand but it does compact nicely. The tripod base can be loosened and when folded, slid up the main shaft to make it shorter and compact.
Sound: Dead silent :-) as a mic stand should be!
