| I have a large set of 3 way studio speakers that always sounded a bit choked sitting on the desk and the imaging was never precise. Moving them to the speaker stands was very revealing, opening up the stereo field and freeing the speakers from the coupling effect of the desk. This will allow me to get more precise mixes. |
