Quality: Poorly made.
Features: Metal construction of stand itself.
Ease of Use: Clamp is horrible. Plastic. Requires grinding a screw directly in the metal of the microphone stand. The weight of the stand will make the entire unit hang crooked. Useless.
Value: NO.

Subject:OK, but...
Quality: The stand itself is solid. The screws, however, aren't that great. I needed to change it so the stand would come off the arm from the left. One of the screws quickly stripped so I had to cut it off. Also, the clamp only goes on the thinnest part of the mic stand. I'm a keyboard player and I needed the clamp to go at the bottom of the stand. Oh well, my guitar player now has a new stand.
Features: The clamp needs to be bigger so it fits on every part of a standard mic stand.
Ease of Use: You can't get much easier than a music stand.
Value: Kind of expensive for something so small.

Quality: Product is well made, designed right and is unobtrusive.
Features: Stable platform for lyrics,music, songlists, etc.
Ease of Use: Easy to cary and mount
Value: Great value; cheaper than others I've tried and $12 cheaper than the one the local store had in stock. Fewer adjustments than some competitors but far more stable.
