Product Description

The Seagull S6 Cedar Original Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar has won several awards and is perhaps the instrument that best represents the Seagull philosophy. This dreadnought guitar has a hand finished neck, custom polished finish and select solid cedar top offering entry level players the opportunity to experience the great feel and outstanding sound that these features provide.

The S6 has three-layers of wild cherry lamination. Wild cherry provides a sound that is somewhere between the mellow tone of a Mahogany guitar and the bright sound of maple - proving itself as a great tone wood. This wood is locally grown and is an ecologically friendly choice. The Seagull S6 original also features a smooth neck made from silver leaf maple. All in all, the S6 dreadnought acoustic guitar is a fabulous choice for any player.

Overall Rating
This is one sweet little guitar..
Your general opinion of this product.
For the money this guitar would be hard to beat. If your looking to spend under $500.00 I think you will be very happy with this guitar.
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
It seems to be very well made. I've had several comments on how nice it looks and sounds.
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The cedar top gives this instrument a very warm tone. I'm going to restring it with a set of Martins. It should sound even better.
How did the stain or paint job look?
It looks great. I love the look of the wood grain running through it.
