Sound:
Subject:Great Keyboard For The Buck
Quality: Very Good Quality. Sturdy construction. Feels solid. I give lessons to children 4-8 years of age and they can be heavy handed. Ive had no problems with it standing up. I play several hours daily and am pleased with the quality. It is light weight considering its size. I am disabled but can still move it around.
Features: Lots of features. Would have liked more variety in the style department. Miss the Orchestra rhythms I had on the Cassio. For the money its great
Ease of Use: Relatively easy to use. It didnt take me long to learn most everything. I purchased the Watch & Learn Video but had pretty much mastered the keyboard before it I received it.
Sound: The sound is very good. I didnt realize the difference until my daughter & I played a duet, her using the Cassio. The sound is really great.
Action: The action is Good. The touch sensors take a bit of getting used to. But good overall. Once you get used to it its great.
Value: Very Good Value. In comparison to the Cassio I had before. The only problems I have are with the Survival Package for the price. I dont like the sustain pedal. And the information I thought was in it on the DVD I had to purchase sepatetly. Had I known I wouldnt have purchased the Survuval Pack.

Ease of Use:
Features:
Sound:
Subject:Still average.
Quality: Fair to poor. Computer software is really bad.
Features: Lots of sounds and the ability to record a few tracks, but it is a poor choice overall with Yamaha's really stupid web site. Stay away until Yamaha gets it that they are supposed to offer some kind of legitimate content for it on their web site. To show how clueless Yamaha is, the most current driver is on the CD, not on the website. But why hook up to a PC in the first place when it does NOTHING!!!
Ease of Use: Too funky. Memory setting don't work. PC/ MIDI function is defective. Not even the instruction manual is sure what features are supposed to be on this model.
Sound: Not as good as hoped.
Action: The keys make a loud sound - like shoes landing on the floor.
Value: Not at all.
