Features: Simply being able to start a recording from your recording position. Prior to having the remote, there was a lag and noise at the start of the recording. This was due to starting the recording and then having to walk back to my recording position and begin. The remote allows me to stay in my position, touch the buttons and begin recording....very nice! Ease of Use: The remote is very simple to hook up and use. I've not looked at the document that it came with. Sound: n/a Reliability: So far so good, but I've only had it a couple of days. Overall: Love the remote. It would be nice to see a small LCD display to be able to remotely change folders and/or delete files. Still, I'm very pleased with the remote and it seems well made. Also, the device comes with an extension power cord to attach to the already long power cord.
