Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Actually, yes. Not sure what happened with my unit, but other than that, it hasn't quit. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Best feature is the EQ. Not too evasive or destructive in it's sculpting yet, very powerful in what it CAN do. Ease of access to change the tube would be awesome and also not killing the warranty if you do change it out would be great. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? It doesn't get much easier to use. Gotta love actually turning real knobs instead those pictures of knobs on the screen. Sound How is the tone? Tone is nice but not very colorful. Different tubes definitely change the sound of the unit, but consider the warranty. Change a tube, you've killed the warranty. That's the only thing I DON'T like. Reliability How has it stood up over time? My unit died after 8 months because the transformer went out. The cool thing is that I shipped it in and had it back within a week. Only cost to me was shipping it in. Great repair. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Great product. Might want to consider a different tube for a different effect or more "color" effect.
