Oldschoolwax from New York
Subject:
LS-2 Does just what it needs to!
Quality:
It seems like your typical bomb proof Roland product.
Sound:
Tone is the same, with or without. I've got nice hand-made pedals on my board, but so much you get today is hype... nothing wrong with good old Boss/Roland sound.
Reliability:
So far 100% Though I haven't had it all that long. I would expect it to be working fine in 25 years like the rest of my Boss pedals.
Overall:
It's a solid Boss product, having level control for both channels is a godsend as some pedals really like to be pushed to get the best sound out of them.
Playability and Feel:
Heavy like a little Boss Tank should feel, like it will stand the test of time.
Tone:
Tone in is the same as tone out, all you could ask for in a line switching pedal.
Finish:
Paint was fine and blemish free, as was the stenciling.
Action:
Action? well, the switch works fine! This isn't a guitar you know!

Does what it should!
Sound:
Tone is clear and un changed
Reliability:
It's a Boss pedal...I need say no more.
Overall:
This is a great product for controlling signal path and levels on my efx board. I currently run a phaser on one loop and a flanger on the other. They are great pedals but have a delay when you engage/disengage them. The LS-2 allows me to kick them in and out of the chain without noise at perfectly matched levels.
Playability and Feel:

Tone:
Tone is totally transparent
Action:
The pedal was flawless out of the box
