EASE OF USE: SUPER EASY AND INTUITIVE TO USE, YOU CAN'T MISS WITH THIS UNIT I WAS UP AND RUNNING WITH THIS UNIT WITHIN 10 MINUTES!! VALUE: LOOK AT THE PRICE FOR A NICE LESLIE 122, AND THEN ADD $1500.00 FOR REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. THIS THING SOUNDS EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS AN ORIGINAL FROM 1972!! Quality:	It is sturdy and well made. Should last for a while. Well built but not heavy at all
Reliability:	I have only had it for a week now so can't really comment yet on this. It seems that it will last for a long time (I hope).
Overall:	I love it. I use it with my Roland Juno D keyboard. While the Juno D is a lower end keyboard it does have some decent quality sounds. However the rotary effects on the keyboard were sorely lacking. With the RT-20 problem is solved. It makes the Juno D sound like a more expensive higher end keyboard and will allow me to use the Juno D for a longer period of time and save up for the keyboard I want.
Playability and Feel:	It is easy to use and the controls are simple and easy. With my expresion pedal pluged in to it I can control the rotary effect in real time wich is great. Without an expresion pedal you pretty much have to set it to one setting or reach down all the time to set it. So I would highly recomend using an expresion pedal with it.
Tone:	The tone is great and it doesn't add any extra unwanted noise to my set up. You can control the bass and horn rotary seperatly wich is perfect. When I had a B-3 with a 122 cabinet I used to disconect the bass rotary so this is a big plus for me.
Finish:	It looks cool. The visual rotary speed looks great on a dark stage too.
Action:	Perfect. It was easy to set up and use and had no problems so far.
