I really like the kit and I recommend to anyone that has a small space to get this kit.I bought this for that reason I live in a small place so I can’t really put up a big kit.This kit was what I was looking for so I can keep practicing without tripping over my big kit.I also like the way it feels like a real kit so when I play on my big kit I don’t lose the feeling of not having a kit.I This was exactly what I needed to keep me going so I don’t falll out or lose anything that I know as far as the music I play.

I got this while we're in the COVID-19 scare. I've always been a single bass player and thought maybe I could get some double bass skills in while we're stuck at home. The set so far has been stable and allows a good amount of set up options. It's not silent, but quiet enough for my family to not want to kill me.
I do wish the bass drum pad was just a couple inches wider. I have a Trick Pro V1 double pedal and the way they connect has the left beater half hitting the pad. IT works enough, but can't understand how DW wouldn't just make the pad a little bigger for all the variations of double bass pedals out there today. Other wise totally recommed.

When it comes to the DW smart practice pad set you have just put yourself in a position to grow immensely. Utilizing the possibilities of building with dynamics, timing, fundamentals, and techniques! Without having to be in a practice environment this lends a hand whenever you want to work on your craft! With me living in an apartment and having to leave to practice my real set this has been "heaven" having this in mt possession. I reccomend to any drummer!!

Maneuvers nicely, when trying to angle pads. Great response when playing rolls, quick set-up, takes up little space. Can give them a beating w/out the pads moving & good price.

Being a working drummer living in an apartment makes practice almost impossible. With this kit, I am able to work on parts for gigs, improving my speed, technique, and overall skill and development. Totally adjustable to match my exact drum placement. An absolute must for drummers of all skill levels. Thanks again AMS!!

I like the heavy-duty hardware, and it's durability.
I live in a small apartment, and it's perfect for MySpace. And it's easy to store without taking up space.
I can practice whenever I want without disturbing my neighbors, since it is a Senior living facility
Your general opinion of this product.
Overall I'd recommended for the seasoned pro or the beginning player and semi retired players.
Now there are no more excuses for not practicing, harassments from your neighbors, your parents or your local authorities just pure fun :-)
American musical supplies truly has the best value, they make it affordable to pursue your dreams.
The practice pad set looks good and set up real easy, and when it's not in use it can be fold up and stored away until next time
