right out of the box this axe screamed, new set of strings and it was set to jam, played everything from Dokken to Iced Earth and it wailed every time, this is my first Ibanez guitar and could not have chosen a finer way to start, great tone, neck was smooth and fast, it is light and feels like i have had it for a long time. please pick one of these gems up, you will not regret it, if you love to rock and rock to live this is the guitar for you no lie, i have been playing for 30 years and i am sorry it has taken me so long to obtain an Ibanez, so glad i did, thanks to AMS you rock like always take care all keep on keeping on, stay safe and rock on \m/

I picked this guitar up for our son so he could start learning. The pictures don't do it justice, as it is a sweet looking guitar. I was amazed at the extremely low action out of the box. Setup took me about an hour and we were jamming. The pickup have really good tone for this price point. Great biginner or extra jamming guitar.

Guitar is made well,looks a lot better than the picture. I always wanted guitar with high out put pickups. They're not emgs but if you're looking for a warm clean sound or a good distortion this guitar delivers in my opinion. You have to try it to see but I've been playing off and on for roughly 25 years and this is one of the best I've played.But you'd have to try it to see.in my opinion it's a great guitar

I have always loved Ibanez necks. This model is no exception. I purchased this guitar as a "throw in a gig bag" travel option. I throw it in the pickup and take it on business trips. That being said...I would feel comfortable playing to a crowd with this one. It is amazing how much guitar one can get for a small price these days. Everyone has their biases (and I love Fenders and Gibaons), but this little Ibanez rocks after very minimal adjustment. Don't hesitate!

This Ibanez is one of the best low range guitars I’ve played. Out of the box it was almost ready to rock, I put some new strings and adjusted the trust rod and she was rocking. The guitar it’s self it really well made, It’s a good starter platform to build upon.

I only use Ibanez, and this little thing delivers hardcore on that Ibanez quality. Very nice, sleek, lightweight, and sturdy. Nice sound, even unplugged.

The finish is no where near the photograph. Silverburst is actualy darker.
It was terrible right out of the box. So without some tlc and extra money spent on it; doubt it will be reliable in a year.
Your general opinion of this product.
Not only was I dissapointed with the finish; the buzzing didn't make it any better.
it has a fast neck and low action; but that means nothing when there is buzzing going on all over the neck.
The pickups are realy good; again when the neck is buzzing all over the place still means nothing.
Dissapointed with the finish; was not as described.
Just horrible; had it taken to a local music store for re-adjusting and still didn't improve it by much.
I can't believe I just spend this much money on a dud. I realy can't blame AMS or the guitar; I didn't notice the very low rating (3) untill After I purchased it. My last resort is going to be a nut replacement. If that doesn;t help; I am going to let this guitar go.

The one I recieved has a few issues. The Finish (Gray Burst) is a lot darker than the one in the picture; almost black. There is a buzzing issue and the nut which is plastic is not even. I am hoping a little re-adjusting will solve this issue.
I just got it and already had neck issues right out of the box. So I realy won't know untill the neck has been re-adjusted.
Your general opinion of this product.
If you want a cheap guitar and don't mind the need for re-adjustment; then go for it.
The action is low and feels fast; would have been perfect if it wasn't for the buzzing.
The pickups sound great and if your into metal; these pickups will deliver.
The finish didn't look like the one in the picture.... a bit disappointed.
Action is low and fast.... means nothing if you have buzzing going on.
