This is a very nice guitar. Versatile, adapts to many styles and genres. Light weight. Compared to some of my other guitars this is much easier to use for extended periods of time. Dock one star for fit and finish issues. Trem was leaning forward. Multiple finish blemishes

Nice instrument. Plays well. The only problem I had with receiving this piece was that it wasn’t set up at all from the factory. If it was, they had no idea what they were doing. I had to truss the neck, set the intonation and wammy springs.

I am really enjoying this guitar. It is really light weight and with its wide neck it is definitely built for speed. This is my first guitar with a floating trem and I am really pleased with the Ibanez edge II bridge. It is easy to manage and it stays in tune nicely. The pickups are a little weak, but I always put custom pickups in my guitars anyway. For the price, this is an excellent guitar. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a lot of speed and versatility.

I've had this guitar for about 2 weeks now and I couldn't be any happier. Super comfortable to play. Has a really fast neck ( shredders guitar ). The super-thin profile makes it a dream to play. Good tones and good sustain for such a thing guitar. Once you get a feel for tuning a floating bridge, you'll be good to go!
The locking nut keeps you in tune 95 percent of the time!
Give this one a look, you won't be disappointed.

I got the S670QM in blue. I’ve been playing Ibanez guitars since the hay days of rock in the 80’s. I’ve always wanted to get a Prestige guitar but the prices have been just out of reach.
Let me tell you this, your wait is over! The S670QM may not be considered a Prestige guitar but you could of fooled me. This guitar is loaded with quality features like the edge zero 2 free floating tremolo with locking neck to the extremely fast playing Jatoba wood fret board allows you to play and sound like a pro. The five selection switch allows me to go from country all the way to heavy metal, due to the excellent quality pickups. If you want a slim light do it all guitar, this will be the Top Gun in your arsenal!

The guitar sounds incredible; but the bridge is really wonky unblocked. You tune string 6, 5, lock the neck,and proceed; but on coming back you'll find every string is flat by a steep degree (some strings drop a note or more). It is unbelievably unstable compared to same priced Strat bridge, though maybe I just got a bad batch.
Block the bridge and a bit of a setup, and it plays smooth as butter.
Notable features:
1) Finish is very high quality. Comparable to $1000 guitars (I compared with an SE Mark Holcomb for example).
2) Pickups for the price are pretty good; some reviewers put them down but honestly, at the price, these are great.
3) Strap knobs are great, and give plenty of space for strap and rubber lock if you choose to use.
I dropped a star for two reasons - the bridge (I've noted about) and the cable port. The cable port is extremely tight, and it's probably better to get a right-angle cable instead of a straight. In my case I stuck a very short cable in and dropped a barrel connector on the other side. Less headache overall if not super ideal.

I love everything about this guitar. The neck is thin and fast, the trem is smooth. Pickup's are better than ok, those would be the only thing I would consider swapping out, but as of now I am happy with them. This is the lightest guitar I have ever played, makes my Lester seem like a boat anchor! Lol Came pretty much ready to rock out of the box it only needed some small adjustments. All my expectations were met, I highly recommend this axe!

I ordered this guitar because I'm a beginner and felt that the lightness of the S series would benefit me. I could not believe just got light and comfortable it would be. The finish and design is just beautiful and I love this as my first guitar.

I recently bought my very first guitar ever after always wanting to learn. A lot of new guitarists buy cheap $100 guitars that aren't very good. I bought an Ibanez S670QM and I am amazed at how much better this guitar is compared to other guitars in this price range. This guitar has the build quality of much more expensive guitars. I would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone trying to learn guitar. I has a very well balanced feel, impressive build, and exquisite tone and play-ability.

I purchased the tiger Ibanez for my finance. He loves it had to tune it which it was suppose to be in tune it wasn't. Other than that it's definitely awesome I am definitely glad I bought it for him.would buy again .

Ibanez has definitely improved their pickups. Excellent sustain, very easy to play, the Jatoba fretboard is beautiful. Lightweight and easy on the shoulders if you’re playing a 2 hour show or all night recording session. Very versatile, for any style of music.

Guitar seems to be one of the best, I say seems because I bought it but was never play with that, came with some problem in the paint and due a possible beat during shipping also has a problem with 2nd string, I contact them but what they offer was 8/100 discount on my 5 payments, now I asking what I can do with my guitar...yes but is to big for that.... not a responsible company, just from my point of view,

It looks better in person, very nice. Plays fast, great tone right out of the box and I'm enjoying it thoroughly. I use it for home recording and it sounds super clean and right in my DAW. I think it's a very fair price for a nice product and I was happy to add another Ibanez axe to the family!

My fiancee bought me this for Christmas... I love the guitar but when I opened it and tuned it up.. I have fret buzz,the action is way high, the trem is not set up correctly (flush one side and 3/16 up on the other.. beautiful guitar..but very poor set up..it's tagged as being set up..gonna cost me another$125 to get complete set up...Very Disappointed!!!

first thing if you can't set up a floyd guitar this guitar is not for you. pretty much if you can't do a complete set up this guitar is not for you. the intonation was way off. anyway, I set it up and it is awesome. plays great now. but I had to do a complete setup truss rod string action bridge everything. I do love the guitar now that I put much love into it.my only complaint is how it was set up.

I ordered an Ibanez S670QM DEB -- it's a great S-series guitar, with a locking tremelo and DSD pickup configuration, and a quilted maple top in the "dragon's eye" sunburst.
First off, this guitar is gorgeous: the photos don't do it justice. Next, it came in an Ibanez box, and came from the factory completely set up... I had anticipated taking it out for a professional setup, but it doesn't need it. The action is low and fast, and the neck feels great. Kudos to Ibanez.
Last up, the AMS customer support people are excellent -- everyone I have spoken to at AMS is genuinely helpful and they all plainly enjoy their jobs. I bought this guitar on the no interest five payment plan, which is very convenient and helpful for a musician on a budget.
In all, great guitar from a great company. I'll be back for more....
