Purchased theae for little bit of gear downsizing for small to medium sized clubs, and they are exactly as I thought they'd be....light, clear, and enough guts for some outdoor venues, too...another Mackie hit as far as I'm concerned!

I've owned and still have a number of brand named speakers systems.that I use in my ministry. However, the Mackie thump 12 pair that I just purchased is the best investment I could have ever made. They are overwhelmingly the best I've ever owned or heared. You've got to try them for youself!

Was skeptical when I first ordered being as how I had the first gen versions and wasn't very impressed. These things have 3 dimensional sound! I got them as just a little reinforcement & ended up with a lot more. Very happy

For the price, these speakers are incredible. They can definitely "Thump". We used to use these as a back up to our JBL EON powered 15's. Now we use these all of the time.
They are loud, clear, and pack a punch. Very impressed.

I bought these speakers to power my keyboard rig in stereo, and have plenty of head room power wise. So far, I am running the EQ on these bad boys flat, and got plenty of "Throw" and bottom end. When they arrived in the mail, I took them to the gig that night and wasn't disappointing. Please note that they only have 1 input, and a daisy chain XLR.

Best $299 I ever spent so I bought another one. These things work much better when they're "opened up" and "Thumped"...clear powerful amp that cuts thru the muck.
