Unit freezing randomly

The unit to me is worthless if it is locked up due to freezing. I made sure the firmware was up to date and it was. I reset to factory settings and the console still would randomly freeze. When the console freezes your audio is still routed you still can hear signals however zero control of anything. Sure glad this happened at home and not a paying gig. The motorized faders seemed sluggish to me as well. If these issues are resolved the console would be a good buy, as when it does work it is well designed for it's price point. Sending the unit back.
