Product Rating What is your opinion of this product? If your reading this then you know this is already a great potable recorder. But what I also love about this is that it is an amazing audio interface as well. I have been using it with Cubase 8 and this thing performs flawlessly with my DAW. Also the xy mic on this thing is crazy good, makes an amazing ambient mic and overall a pleasure to use.

What is your opinion of this product? God made this recorder. I don't know what else to really say. To be able to record at the level of 96khz/24-bit is insane. The clarity and ease of use makes an amateur such as myself out to be something I am not as of yet, a professional. LOL the sound is superb. It is actually a mini-studio. Up to 6 tracks recording and the gains are knobs instead of on screen so you can quickly rectify any peaks and lows. I can't really imagine what is next from Zoom. There is always something but this is all you will ever need. Anything else is just getting something because it is new or whatever.

Your general opinion of this product. There are 10 features of the H4n that are missing on the H6. About 95% of the overdubbing functionality in the old H4n recorder is no longer present in the H6. There is no longer the ability to rename or delete recorded files or to assign any recorded track to any available track for playback. If you are a musician looking to use the H6 as a small home recording studio, and need overdubbing that allows you to start from any point within a recording, you will probably want to pass on buyinng the Zoom H6. I am trying to save others like me from making the same mistake and purchasing a product that can't do what you need it to do.
