Product Description

The Kramer Pacer Vintage Electric Guitar with Floyd Rose is a tribute to the era when shred was king. The Pacer Vintage is based on one of Kramer's most popular and historic guitars and features a maple body and 25.5 inch, 22 fret Maple neck and board sear.

Kramer added the truss rod adjustment to the headstock, so no more taking those necks off for adjustment (like some of those other guys). The Pacer Vintage has a USA Seymour Duncan JB bridge and JN pickups. Each is controlled by 2 push/pull series parallel coil tap volume controls with volume bleed mods, 1 tone control and a 3-way mini toggle switch for endless tonal varieties.

The Pacer was built for ultimate playability and sports the same neck profile as the famed 83 Pacer but added the 12 inch radius fingerboard for classic comfort and bends that never plink out.

The Kramer Pacer Vintage Electric Guitar with Floyd Rose Features

  • Truss rod adjustments on headstock
  • Same neck profile as 83 Pacer
  • Maple body
  • 12 inch radius fingerboard
  • USA Seymour Duncan JB bridge

Product Review

This is my very first Kramer guitar...the Seymour Duncan pickups and top mount Floyd Rose, medium sized neck profile are a no brainer on this purchase. Received the guitar overnight shipping and it was ready right out of the box to play. Surprised at the tonal options as well. Totally recommend to others

Cool looking guitar

Product Review

Ok the former steel panther guitar looks cool played pretty good right out of the box but it needed a neck adjustment and lower the string height normal for new guitar great features real Seymour Duncan pickups and real Floyd rose push / pull volume pots the only thing I would change is the polarity of the push / pull pots down is single coil and up is humbucker and the fact its made in Indonesia yuk... But we'll worth the money it's sounds looks and plays great.

Great value and playability!

Product Review

I’ve been a Kramer fan for years and thought I’d buy this but keeping in mind for the price, I wasn’t expecting a well built guitar... boy was I wrong! Everything on this guitar surpassed my expectations! It felt very close to my old pacers and sounds amazing! It’s feels very sold and well built from the fret work to the finish! If you like the feel of the old Kramer’s, you will not be disappointed!

Potential to be amazing!

Product Review

This is the third Pacer Vintage Limited Edition I have purchased here after returning a magenta that had a defective floyd rose. This guitar was just dropped off at a reputable shop for set up in Laguna Beach and I will update this review after its return. My main guitar is an Ernie Ball Musicman JP11, and I usually buy only high end, high money guitars but after discovering Kramer was still in business I bought this. The neck is fantastic. The paint job is immaculate. It is a real Floyd Rose and Seymour Duncan JB JN pickups. Those parts alone cover the price of this guitar. The magenta I returned was setup before realizing the floyd rose issue could not be fixed without a massive cost, and that is why it was sent back. I will say this, the luthier that set it up for me had the action incredibly low and it was awesome. Before the setup I had tested a Charvel San Dimas custom shop guitar ($3,600.00), a Jackson custom shop ($3,200.00), and a Ernie Ball JP 15 ($3,500.00) and the Pacer was better than the Jackson and comparable to the JP15 and Charvel custom shop. For $500.00 with a good setup this guitar has the potential to be special. Now we are all aware Kramer and Gibson, who owns and produces Kramer guitars, has had some major quality control issues and that definitely spilled into the first one of these I purchased. But if you look at worst case scenario and have a full fret dress and adjustment done and you spent $200.00 to $300.00 on it you are still spending 4 times less on this guitar than the Charvel, Jackson or JP15. I am looking forward to the new models that arrive with the new quality control in late August. For this price, I highly recommend a quiring one before they are gone. And for the record, the action was solid and the green Pacer played well before I dropped it off for setup. It has become my favorite guitar.

One of the best values for a new guitar out there. The original Floyd Rose is a huge bonus.

Product Review

This guitar would be a steal at double the price, when you include what you get (the original Floyd Rose and the seymour duncan pickups. It was shipped to my door within 3 days of placing the order, and when I opened up the box I was amazed at the excellent built quality and the attention to detail that was put into it. It was set up perfectly and I only had to bump the fine tuner up on the low e string, which shows the excellent tuning stability ofthe floyd. My only regret is not having the cash to order one in each color.

Great for the price

Product Review

It had to be set up better, but once I adjusted the pickup height and dialed in the tone controls this guitar rocks. I was surprised at how heavy it is. It may need rewiring at some point, seems really "budget" in that department.

Well worth the money

Product Review

Great guitar got the emerald green pacer it’s reminiscent of the 82 model with maple neck and fret board. It came with a broken string however and needed a complete set up just to play it I brought to a guitar tech and after the set up it’s pretty freakin amazing love the pick ups and the neck! Amazing sparkle finish !
