These alto speakers as a duo are perfect for onstage performance as wedges for a lead singer I use them 3 times a week and the durability mixed with the sound is well worth the money. I will most definitely be purchasing more Alto products in the future because of the the past and current alto products that I have are truly ideal for a regular gigging musician.

I thought this speaker was a good deal. I bought this product about 9 months ago, used about 7 times. I did not over gain the speakers but one is blown and crackly on certain frequencies (based on a lot of forum posts I suspect the tweeter is the culprit). In order to get it repaired even though it is still under warranty I have to spend $100 on shipping to send it back to Alto. Not worth spending that much money on shipping. I am opting to buy a replacement tweeter.

Alto was my first choice of speakers as I have been using this name brand for several years with no bad results. I’ve had many compliments it my system, so when these became available it sparked my interest . Half the weight, over twice the power and they sound fantastic . Can’t wait to get my hands on the 8” ones for my monitors! Excellent job Alto !

I purchased these for some DJ gigs and I have no complaints. Ive even had a few professional DJs ask me about the speakers and because they were impressed by the sound. They produce great sound and have some decent bass. I'd recommend these and already want to purchase more products.

The alto fills all my needs as a personal monitor for my keyboard setup. I play through a Nord stage 3 compact and yamaha moxf. These speakers replicate the sounds with great clarity and i have no problem hearing over my band playing.

I needed a smaller PA and got these because of the size. Initially, the sound was just OK but put a mixer on them and they came alive. Easily do a party of 100 + with these, are comparable to K10's but half the price. Not a lot of low end but add a sub and your good to go.

I bought a pair of these to use with my subs for a wedding to replace some worn out powered speakers. These were amazing - I didn't even need the subs. Clean and crisp highs and lows, plenty of power for the outdoor venue. I have since used them for other dj gigs as well as a couple of acoustic solo shows and they have performed phenomenally. Definitely recommended.

I was in need of a very light weight speaker yet strong enough to fill a room of 150 ppl. Being mobile I have definitely found the right ones. My night crown notice the different in the sound and they were very impressed. I let them know I purchased the from AMS and the price and shipping was great and on time. 2000 watt for and 10” is absolute amazing. The design is solid, it has 2 input knobs for independent control and 1 output for optional sub connection. Easy transport for the size, I highly recommended!!

I'm a mobile DJ and I used to rent QSC speakers for my parties. When I read the descriptions of this Alto, I decided not to rent the QSC but buy the Alto. Believe me, when I hooked them up, my peoples didn't even notice that I had a different speakers. It's money worth.

This is an affordable speaker that is also light, and it has the power to pump out sound! I haven't had them cranked all the way yet. I keep it dialed in at noon as of now. I don't like how there aren't handles at the top and bottom of the speaker, but that's a first-world problem. I have had it a few weeks now and I love it! It is extremely easy to use.

I bought this to add on to my arsenal which is already robust. I just bought these for monitors and they work very well as monitors but these speakers can also be use as the house speakers as well they are powerful (2000 watts) and very clean. I made the right choice when I purchased these and I recommend that you purchase these as well. The only thing that bothered me is the coating of the cabinet. It scratches very easily and is noticeable in the light. Most of my gigs are at night so it doesn’t really bother me that much but if they get the coating right these would be perfect.

I used this powered speaker at an outdoor volunteer event. I had a bluetooth device connected to my cell and was playing music while we painted a home for the paint your heart out event in my city.
In the Louisiana heat and humidity!! I played this speaker for about five hours straight without issue. I have used another brand under similar conditions and it shut itself off (could not take the heat).
The sound was great!! I only used one speaker and it was booming. Certain songs I had to go and turn the volume down.

I was looking for speakers for my second setup which would be mainly used for djing backyard parties and small halls. I also wanted budget friendly speakers with great sound and came across the new Alto 2000watt speakers and I was very happy when I connected them and heard them for the first time. These are light weight and pack a nice little punch for a 10 inch speaker perfect for what I was going to use them for plus the price was great thanks to ams payment plan! I would highly recommend for beginners dj’s and any Dj doing small events because of the great sound and portability!

Compared these and the 12" and 15" versions along side similar products from Mackie and JBL which cost more and found these to actually sound better and had more power. Have used these 10s for monitors and they were loud, clean and well worth the money. I bought 2 more and now the whole band uses them. I use the 15s as a monitor in a loud rock band and the vocals get over the music! Also use those as mains for smaller shows. I am very impressed with the 300 series speakers.

I've been a professional musician, for nearly 2 decades. I have a ton of experience, in pro sound, as well.
At $250/cab, you will be hard-pressed to find anything performing anywhere near this level! Tight, articulate low end...strong mids..and plenty of top end. This box will shine as a main OR monitor!
If you are on the fence, MAKE THE PURCHASE! Don't forget to grab your Gator Cases bags, for easy transport ??

Reluctantly bought these as monitors for some small gigs sense they are not name brand but ill say this these little things crank. Clean sound even turned up obviously you don't all the lows with a 10 but for the price, sound and volume you cant beat it. Seem durable but only time will tell how well they hold up cause i plain on using them a lot. Definitely recommend these period.

I could not believe my ear! The sound this speaker puts out is really loud and clear. I paired it with a powered sub because the bass is a little lacking which is to be expected.
It is light and powerful which I what I need. Now, I will buy another one for a great sounding stereo sound.

I own 4 powered 12" EVs and 2 FBTs, but I wanted smaller 10" speakers to use for my acoustic duo gigs and for some of the smaller/tighter rooms we play as a band. These speakers sound incredibly good for the price and they're nicely styled and lightweight. I've used them for several acoustic gigs and even DJ'd with them once (with a powered sub). The sound is crisp and clear with plenty of room to crank more juice if needed. I still can't believe they sound this good for the price (1/2 what my EVs cost). Here's hoping they stand the test of time when it comes to reliability, but as of now, I'm very impressed!
