Great mic set for small-medium gigs. Kick mic, snare mic and I use one of the overheads to mic the hi hat and the other as an overhead on the right to pick up the rest of the kit. This set up works perfectly for me. The included wind screens for the overheads are a big help for windy outdoor gigs. These mics sound amazing.

These mics are super awesome. Since I got this, I did two live gigs, covered the drums and the i5 that comes with it is also very nice which I also used for congo/bongo set up and it was very clean sound on any of these percussion instruments. On the drums it picked up with very good detail.
These are really very nice mics and if you are look for affordable but super awesome mics for your drums then I would highly recommend this DP Quad Package.

These mics pick up the drums just perfectly. If your not looking to break the bank to get drum mics this is the pack for you. If your doing drum recording youtube videos, whether covers or originals these mics will pick up your kit just fine.
