great pedal and covers a lot with leslie rotary simulation
very authentic to my ear...its difficult to recreate the original...but this is close...covers my needs and have to try it on keyboards and get expression pedal to have more flexibility.

I have a leslie cab as part of my music collection-so I am able to give a side by side opinion of the pedal. It is a real good reproduction-would pass for almost any need-however the difference is the same as with echoplex modelers -you do miss the sound of the speaker-horn or tape for the echo. Its just how it is- every sound source has its differences- better or worse depending on the device- or listener. But all and all cool pedal-boss quality and easy to carry compared to a 122!

I actually bought a different sim pedal, but after comparing it to this one (my guitar player had it) I exchanged the one I bought originally for this one. I think for the price, this sim pedal has versatility that you typically expect of pedals costing twice as much. I love the LED rotor display on stage, you can quickly see your rotor speed. Very tight control of the effect, very sturdy construction. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5-star rating was having to purchase the AC adapter separately. But other than that, I am VERY happy with this. It makes my software synths sound like a full-blown Hammond/Leslie combo, that I can pack under one arm instead of having to hire help to carry.

It's pleasing to the ears. I love the added sound that the BossRT20 gives to my keyboard playing. I have depth, warmth and added chilling highs to the horns effect of the Balance knob. Creativity is your only friend with this great two pedal ensemble module.

It is sturdy and well made. Should last for a while. Well built but not heavy at all
I have only had it for a week now so can't really comment yet on this. It seems that it will last for a long time (I hope).
Your general opinion of this product.
I love it. I use it with my Roland Juno D keyboard. While the Juno D is a lower end keyboard it does have some decent quality sounds. However the rotary effects on the keyboard were sorely lacking. With the RT-20 problem is solved. It makes the Juno D sound like a more expensive higher end keyboard and will allow me to use the Juno D for a longer period of time and save up for the keyboard I want.
It is easy to use and the controls are simple and easy. With my expresion pedal pluged in to it I can control the rotary effect in real time wich is great. Without an expresion pedal you pretty much have to set it to one setting or reach down all the time to set it. So I would highly recomend using an expresion pedal with it.
The tone is great and it doesn't add any extra unwanted noise to my set up. You can control the bass and horn rotary seperatly wich is perfect. When I had a B-3 with a 122 cabinet I used to disconect the bass rotary so this is a big plus for me.
It looks cool. The visual rotary speed looks great on a dark stage too.
Perfect. It was easy to set up and use and had no problems so far.
