Product Rating Product Review Bought one of these to replace the Seventy 80 in a Monoprice Stage Right 15w tube amp. Much better sounding speaker.

Product Review There's just nothing that sounds like a Blue. Chime all day. But it's not just for cleanish Edge type stuff. These things break up beautifully as well. A classic. There is no substitute (except maybe a Celestion Gold if you need the same sound with more wattage).

Product Review Oh yeah, the price.. But I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger on this. Great add-on for my Blues Jr IV. I knew ahead of time it probably wasn't going to fit, so I had built an external cabinet. So I 'm also planning on using it with other amps. The sound is big and bold. Definitely has that chime thing going on, but the bass is still strong. best of both worlds!

Product Review The Celestion Blue is simply the best speaker out there for low wattage combo amps. Many associate this speaker with the British Invasion sound in VOX amps and while it can certainly do that, it can do much more. I use it in a Chris Stapleton 62 Princeton. It has a nice, chimey sparkle on the top end, full mids, and tight bass. It is an extremely articulate speaker with a lot of detail. This speaker can be used for a variety of music genres because it doesn’t accentuate any particular frequency. It is very well rounded. I think this speaker is a much better match for my Stapleton Princeton than the stock speaker. It does take a little time to break in and has only a 15-watt rated power handling so consider the requirements of your amplifier. It is a very efficient speaker so is loud for a 15-watt speaker (rated at 100db). It is expensive but if you want the best, this is it!

Product Review Ive always liked the sound of the alnico blue but could never justify the price. It is well worth it! Paired the blue with a g12h30 anniversary in my ac30 and the touch sensitivity and chime is unbelievable! It can only get better as it breaks in. Get one!
