This is NOT your typical combo. It does not act like a combo or sound like a combo. It has 3 very useable and very different channels for flavor. Green you can be pristine clean to heavy breakup.
Blue you can have all the rhythm you want.
Red you can rhythm and lead what you need.
This is the most versatile amp i have ever played. Its pretty heavy but has wheels. The reverb is superb and a nice addition. The power scale works like a DREAM! ZERO tone loss , and WONDERFUL maneuverability for situations that call for anything from low volume to bedroom whisper playing. Believe me when the people in the room can sleep or their conversation will be louder than the amp. Its GREAT. I love it! A superb piece of gear.

This amp is awesome right out of the box. Eddie’s input is more than obvious as this amp needs absolutely no additional overdrive. All you need is your favorite time based fix and you have the last amp you’ll ever need!!!

I originally had the original 50 watt head and 2x12 cab and I decided to upgrade to this combo and all the features that come with this product are so great and it’s just simple. As far as volume goes, she’s plenty loud for anything whether it’s rehearsal or a show. Fender/EVH did great with this one and I highly recommend this to anyone who’s searching for the perfect combo amp with versatility and simplicity.

EVH 5150lll 1x12 combo.Is alot of fun. Worth every penny.
Has an extra punch that other amps just don't provide.Sounds excellent with a Wolfgang standard guitar.The amp is more versatile than you may think. Plenty of power for band situations and great tone at bedroom levels. Excellent choice!

Sounds great as you would expect from EVH. Attenuator is kind of gimmicky but works well and the amp sounds really good at low volume. Very versatile from metal to cleans. The amp is fairly heavy so keep that in mind if you plan on moving it around often.

I've had various tube amps over the course of my 30+ years of playing. This amp is fantastic! Nice clean tones on channel one, channel two has a great distortion as does channel three. The concentric knobs is a great new feature. I've held off on purchasing this amp for the past year and a half, but with this new addition of the concentric knobs on channel one and two, I was sold!! The overall tone is focused, especially on the high timbres of the guitar during leads, as well as on the upper registers of the guitar...the amp really brings out the highs! Plenty of low end too. Nice smooth channel switching with the included foot switch!! The included casters are a nice touch too, so I can wheel this amp in and out of gigs...very helpful. Nothing but good things to say...now go buy one for yourself! Cheers!!
