I have a lot of RG's and was on the fence on buying a Prestige Ibanez, but I was not let down. The fit and finish on it was amazing and if you like the Ibanez Wizard necks this one feels great. There are a lot of differences in the Wizard necks but this on has more of a "dense" feel to it. Also the stock Dimarzio's were great sounding, the classic ToneZone-Norton setup. I pulled them, but mainly because I wanted a different color- Dimarzio offers these in about any color you want. If you want a very well built RG thats a good step up from the standards, this won't let you down. Oh- it looks even better in person-pics don't do it justice.

This guitar is everything you’d want it to be. Great action on the neck, 5 position PU switch with distinctive voicings, fret dressing is perfect, easy to adjust bridge. I had previously bought this same exact guitar but with the tremolo bridge. Didn’t like the trem version so I sold it and bought the fixed bridge version and now VERY happy with it. Love the paint job!!

This is a well made, Beautiful guitar. But that's where the good stops. The pickups are noisy, the 5way selector switch makes terrible noise when changing pickups,and the pickups backend horribly with high gain amps and pedals. Not good for the metal I play. The cleans are crystal clear though.I'm disappointed. I hope they let me return it.

This guitar came perfect. From the setup to the finish, there were absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this guitar. I have wanted a Japanese ibanez for years, and I am not disappointed.

Just WOW. I bought this GUITAR for playing blues and classic rock. People thought I was crazy but I finally found a modern blues monster. Crazy fast and smooth neck. Best frets ever period ! This may look like a classic shredder but it is really just a rock machine. The radius makes bending and progressive chord work so easy. Very comfy body. The fit and finish is flawless. The color is much darker than pictured which I prefer. The pickups work great for all types of music .
The takeaway , this GUITAR is for much more than metal and I would say that metal is the last type of music I would use it for. If you want a guitar that is equal or Better than most $5000 guitars, this is it.

Such a smooth playing guitar. The Birdseye maple is butter soft and yours fingers don’t get hung up on the frets.
