I hate to break up the 5 star streak, but I think a fair warning is necessary. This thing is heavy. I purchased this to place my small Midi keyboard and my Bose ToneMatch on. For some reason Bose decided to continue to use the obnoxious 3/8" mount that you usually see in camera tripods instead of just a 5/8" or mic stand mount, so I decided to simply get a stand that could sit flat and hold it. I like the fact that it extends on each side so you can actually hold quite a bit on here, but they are a tad flimsy. In the end, it's a great stand if you're staying in one place. If you wanna leave it set up at home, it's awesome, but I'm a gigging musician and having to break down/setup this thing every time is a bit time consuming, and as I mentioned before, it's heavy. So breaking this down and adding it to my bag, that already holds my cables, mic stand, guitar stand, etc, it pushes it to become a 60lb bag, easily. This thing clocks in at about 20lbs. So just a heads up.

This stand is surprisingly more heavy duty than expected. (That’s a good thing!) it has worked well as a laptop stand for my guitar rig setup. It’s a bit heavy, but I’d rather it be heavy and sturdy for my laptop than something that could be knocked around. Overall, A+++
