This box is strong enough though definitely plastic. But what disappointed me was how the holders are plastic and function by being slightly too small for your cartridge to slide in easily. No locking motion by doing a quarter turn. Just forcing the cart in and pray you don't break if. Very disappointed in the design.

I like how solid and protective this case is for my needles. Only thing I wish the holders swing up to install and remove them easier.

Love this thing!! Bought this case a week ago!! It came within couple days and I already put it to use!! Currently using it for my backup needles!! Just throw it in my backpack and boom!! Don’t have to worry about my needles breaking!!
