I bought this for the occasional times when I want/need to ad some lights. I haven't used it yet but did set it up the day it came. It seems to be pretty solid and stable.

The height on these stands put my adj slim pars in a perfect spot to light up the whole stage! I only use 8 lights. Having them mounted on these stands ( 4 per side) give off more than enough light to light up the whole stage and showoff my 12 piece band with no problem!

seems well made, legs stretch nicely giving lots of stability, the height you get out of this is awesome and the included hardware to mount your lights is nice the t-bar is round not square like others and is thick can see getting a lot of use out of this but well see how it holds up
