Very great mixer overall!! Bought for Dj'ing and it gets the job done with no issues!! It came very well packaged and I love to be able to mutes my microphones and set them up for different people and their voices for karaoke!!

I purchased this mixer primarily to mic my drumset, but am now using it as the all-the-time main mixer for the band, because it consistently has terrific sound, multi-flexible patches available, and I can run break music of our choice via the USB input OR the bluetooth connection. VERY COOL!
Bottom-line? This Peavey PV14 Mixer ROCKS!
I wish it had a fitted case or gig bag available with it, other than that, it is one of my best mixer buys!

Wow, I type up a great review, and the AMS system won't let me enter it! If this 'simpler' one doesn't go through, then I guess no review from me.
So, in a nutshell...
1) Direct Output jacks are the bomb - ONLY reason why I bought this powered mixer
2) effects are good
3) USB port is very convenient
4) KOSMOS-C effect/function is awesome
5) phantom power is just a bonus that I like
6) the Bluetooth is GARBAGE - if you want this mixer for that, don't bother. I tried 5 different devices & cleared the Bluetooth memory, and still no connection.

I bought this mixer board based on the Bluetooth capability so I can connect an iPad and move around the room and control the different music mixes if need be all so you can record through the USB and Playback with the machine and the effects are great so I would definitely recommend this for a small to medium band mixer and or a DJ mixer as well for weddings.

I have this mixer already for more than a year, it’s not just another piece of equipment on my setup, it’s part of my family.
Done it all from small events to high end big stage artist and has performed to impress many audio Techs that see the mixer.
Well done Peavey, for the next generation I would like to see more signal outputs.
