I have bought Pig Hog patch cables for pedals & soundboard patching in the past - no issues & no worries.
I ended up buying instrument cables, b/c they were a "Two-Fer" sale, & wanted 20 ft cables. The build & quality of this cable is fantastic, & I have used them on all my electric guitars & basses.
When they tangle up a bit, they easily untangle & loop them up to put them away just fine - they don't stay all tangle & bunched up like some other instrument cabling out there.
I have done a lot of cabling & infrastructure in my time, & trust me when I say... "CABLING DOES MATTER!"

I compared these cable to others. Immediately I noticed the absence of side static noise. Then I compared the volume a n clearness of sound, it was clearly noticeable. These cable is a must for me. I will be buying more, they are a must. The price is also great. Thanks PIGHOG

I got these on a two for one a while back. One works fine, the other one I took to a rehearsal, pulled it from the package, and it didn't work. I thought it was my Bass, so when I got home I plugged up with one of my ten year old monster cable, and my Bass was fine. I made a mental note about Pig Hog, and counted my losses

I needed a couple new cables for a setup I keep assembled in my music room when I want to plug in and go without a fuss. Currently, Im using a couple mogami gold cables that have been on the floor for years, stepped on and run over by chairs etc. I was starting to geta crackle here, a cutout there, but nothing severe or that really bothered me too much. I figured a couple new cables were in order and I kept reading how good the audio quality was in reviews of these cables. I;ve used inexpensive cables before that had excellent audio quality. Its all about capacatence, what you hear for highs and lows fron the cable more than quality. The quality of the Pig Hogs is great but the capacatence must be high because all my highs disseapeared! Sounded like a blanket was over my amp. Back to the old cables,,,highs came back..if you have a bright setup these may work for you but not my cup of tea.

Nice cable! I got the black 10' model. I'm not a gigging musician at present, but I'm a bassist and I generally sit while playing. So, I tend to take good care of my equipment. I've wanted to try one of these for a while and I will have to just see how it does over time. It seems well made and a bit "beefy," without being ridiculously heavy. So for now, thumbs up!

Rugged cable, colorful design, superb audio quality what more do you need? This is literally the most perfect price point to quality ratio I could find. The machine coil is a bit of pain but once you've used it a few times coiling probably is not a problem at all.

So there I was, buying my first guitar and amp.... I was stoked and almost checked out but I was like.....I need a connection of sorts! So I looked up cables and prices were everywhere... what was I to do, how would I choose my cable? Luckly at the time I was wearing my lucky vans surf green beater, and there was this pig hog surf green cable.. it was fate! When I got it in the mail it matched my tanktop perfect but more importantly it had no hum and worked fantastic!

Fantastic cable, I used to use monster cables for years until they finally wore out, when I sent them back for warranty they no longer made my cable so I started using pig hogs, and I am glad I did, very durable and sound great, I now used pig hog speaker, xlr , trs, and instrument cables for all my stuff. Build quality is top notch and they feel like they will last me for many years to come. Best thing is that they are much more affordable than other other high end cable makers and they sound just as good.
