Not as loud as I expected. I use this for Roland V drums. Perfect for at head but I am unsure how others claim it is loud enough to gig with. Not sure this monitor would even be loud enough for a full practice. I have an 80 wt Marshall and the difference is surprising. However the actually quality of sound is great and perfect for my teen to practice.

I know I’m not playing better after buying this, but I sure do sound better. Playing a quality set like the TD27 without a good drum monitor will damage your spirit. Do yourself a favor a get a good Roland one like this.

Well I originally bought this for my Roland TD4KP to practice with and small gigs And Ended up using it not only for the drums but Also as a bass, vocal and keyboard amp... The Volume is enough to play with our band (we do mostly Classic Rock covers) And does a Great Job at smaller live Gigs...

Bought this to go with a set of Roland V drums that I purchased. Overall really pleased with the sound from this amp and the way it looks setup in front of the VDrums. Plenty of power for at home just learning to banging it out on a set of Roland's. I highly Recommend this amp for use with Drums.

Buying this roland amp for my roland td 17 kvs drums was the best decision I ever made. After I bought the roland vdrums from AMS without even having the money and thanks to their 12 month payment plan with no interest, I needed to buy an amp. Thanks to AMS with their great selections and their payment plans with no interest, I was able to buy all together, the Roland pm 100 vdrum amp with the Gibraltar hi hat stand and the Tama Speed Cobra bass drum pedal which I needed for my drums. The Roland PM 100 makes my electronic drums sound amazing, better than acoustic drums. You can connect an mp3 player to the amp and play the drums with your music, or just listen to your music with such incredible sound, and connect headphones if you need to keep it down. AMS saved my life and my drums with this awesome amp, and they make it possible for anyone to have the music equipment of their dreams. I love my Roland amp and love AMS.
