My band has three of these. We use them for our 20lb monitors. I like the feature of the clamps which are not offered by other brands. There is a Phillips screw that can be adjusted inside the clamp. If I had more monitors, I’d buy more of these stands.

The Samson SALS40 lightweight speaker stand is a surprisingly sturdy stand. I bought one to elevate a personal monitor but seriously considering replacing my standard pa stands with these to lighten load in/load out.

In my opinion you’re better off buying regular stands. These came as a package deal with my QSC 12s they seem very flimsy when you put the 12 on it at full extension. These are made for very light small speakers should not be sold with the QSC 12.
