I have only owned it for a couple months and I love that it is compact and has the option to adjust the height. It makes it easier to travel with and fits perfect inside my vocal box.

I Purchased this stand to use with pod casting Presonus studio. I also use it when I sit on the floor when recording my Feeltone F monolini¡! A bom stand is too much to capture a small instrument”s vibrations. I may use it when I’m recording my small hand drums too.

Purchased this item to use as a stand for my bass mic.I have my bass port at about mid way on the drum head and it unfortanatly is a couple of inches to short to fully utilize the port.Seems well built for the price..

If you need a tabletop stand for a VERY lightweight dynamic mic, this will do in a pinch. However, if you're planning to use something with a bit more heft, you'll definitely need a heavier base to accomplish that task. I love how easy it was to swap out the base for another threaded base, just would've been nice things have a heavy base to begin with.
