I have the KSM8 as well. The KSM9 is a strong mic. I used it with the three settings, allowing me to cut up the gain and ensure the vocals were loud and clear.

The tones are so rich, I feel like I am using a 5,000.00 studio mic to perform with. The levels before feedback are incredible!
