Nice pedal still getting use to it , it’s solid pretty responsive need some adjustments I play heel up brought it for my church kit I would it give a 5 but need more time on it nice pedal like it better than the DW 5000 .

My drum instructor recommended this to me. It is not fun. The action is terrible. It’s hard to adjust correctly. I bought the DW 9000 and I sold the Tama Iron Cobra 600. The DW 9000 is about 9000 times better then the Tama Iron Cobra 600. I would not recommend the Tama Iron Cobra 600.

By far one of my favorite Kick Drum Pedals. When I was younger playing drums in church going to different churches using their pedals. I always said whenever I got older to buy my own drum pedal I’m going to bring it with me everywhere. Years later, let me introduce you to Tama Iron Cobra.

The Iron Cobra 600 is a very nice pedal. Perfect for any home practice and built tough enough to gig with. If you wanted to, you could add the "cobra coil" to this pedal. A spring under the foot board found on the 900 model which I also have. This is a great pedal and all you will need.

For the price point this is a excellent base drum pedal. Adjusting the spring tension is easily accomplished. Overall tension is is very comfortable, not too hard or to flimsy. Double chain and solid bottom plate makes this an excellent choice for the serious drummer.

Smooth operation and the ability to switch cams is great! I'm new to Tama after almost 30 years with another drum company. This peadal ranks right up there with higher priced pedals. Great value!
