Biggest impression is the sound - it’s incredible - deep and robust...and definitely unique. It’s sitting on top of my DW set and this is a great set, but better with this Tama snare. Cannot fail to talk about how gorgeous this thing is - the ‘fat’ spruce is just simply way cool. Hardware is top notch - straight up great stuff. Extremely satisfied with this unique Tama!

This is such s unique snare and it has a lot of personality. One word can’t really describe it. I’m really enjoying getting to know this snare more and more. Tama really invested some serious logic behind the configuration of this drum. Hands down one of the bestnsnares in my arsenal
