Product Rating Product Review It does exactly what I needed with the two channels. I just don’t need my pedals But it takes pedal great. I just wished it would have came with reverb. But problem solved by buying a Reverb pedal

Product Review After checking out multiple written reviews and dozens of video demos of Victory amplifiers I decided the Sheriff 2 would be perfect for my needs to add to my collection. While I'm sure the amplifier probably sounds amazing, my unit arrived non-working. To be fair, it was marked as "blemished" so likely a return of some sort to AMS. I'll be sending this unit back. I can see that one of the EL84 tubes is glowing...the other is not. Hopefully this is an indication of damage in shipping or lack of testing before shipping and not an indication of build quality by Victory.

Product Review Preface: having some experience in tube integrated amp tech, I’d say this amp offers a good balance of usable features. I’ve paired mine with a Victory 2x12 compact cab. Pros: power tube biasing ports are a great feature, allowing the informed user with a multimeter the ability to tune-up the balance on the power tubes, extending their life. Compact design w/ carrying case is brilliant. Low-power speaker out for low-volume applications. Like the other reviewer said, this amp (like many EL84s) takes pedals very well on the front-end. Channel 1 provides more clean headroom, Channel 2 breaks up earlier and gets gain-ier. The two inputs and included foot switch allow a customary small venue set up for vintage guitar into Channel 1, and modern guitar into Channel 2, or you could rig an A/B. Lastly, the buffered effects loop is great, and really the reason I bought this amplifier. It certainly delivers the lovely EL-84 tone, but can be just as nasty with the appropriate front-end (guitar, boost, screamer, etc.). There are no Cons.

Product Review Mid-60s thru 80s and beyond is a perfect description of this amp. The tone of my dreams with my Gibson Les Paul and SG. No complaints at all. Very clean tones and super Plexi tones. Victory, you nailed it with this one. Ad an overdrive pedal and go even further, but it is truly great on its own. Thanks AMS
