Very well built, and easy to maintain. when added in with the Ground Control Pro, the user has an ultimate setup that can make changing signals extremely easy and versatile. There are several advantages in using this product as it gives so much flexibility with very little effort by the user. I have used the GCX with absolutely no problems, I would highly recommend this product.

Great gear to switch pedals, amp channels, and effects loops. Voodoo Lab website has terrific PDF diagrams showing how to set all of these configurations. Can't rate customer support because I haven't needed it. Great way to preserve signal integrity.
