Beautiful and already came with strings. I got this for my husband who had lost his guitar at an airport his grandfather gave him. Even tho it doesn’t replace the sentiment he was so happy he could keep playing like grandfather always wanted him too.

Can’t say enough good things about this guitar….came playable out of the box….no fret buzz or fret sprout….of course I did lower the action by tightening the truss rod a little and sanded the bridge but a little to lower the smaller strings and polished the frets….I like things perfect but that’s me…I could have not done any work to it and it woulda been fine….electronics are nice ….and I have a mechanical heart and electric guitars transmit a bothersome pump noise but thank God this guitar doesn’t do that

Got this guitar to try my hand at clawhammer style. The tone is excellent, in my opinion... absolutely fantastic. Having owned a Yahmaha acoustic years ago, this was a deciding factor. Built in preamp is a bit "tinny" and thin or too muddy but that isn't why I got it. I have microphones if I decide to record. The action is a little high in the upper registers, but not bad by any means... I don't have any intention on playing the upper frets . For clawhammer I find the action a little beneficial. The neck feels great in the hand and is very playable. Frets are rough on the ends Intonation is lacking... easily the guitar's biggest negative. I will be looking into fixes for this. Nothing worse than sounding out of tune while being in tune with open strings. Not a bad instrument, but could be better. All in all... not disappointed

I wanted an electric acoustic for my guitar collection and really knew little about the selctions. I knew I did not want to spenad a lot. A nice sales member suggested the Yamaha APX 600. Well, I took his suggestion and it arrived yesterday. All I can say is it plays very easy. The neck is perfect in width and the quality is of top notch. AMS has never recommended a bad item yet to me. I highly recommend this Yamaha and I can save you research time this is the best selection for someone that does not want to break the bank. Plus, the no credit check zero percent interest plans are perfect to paying for it over time. Remember, Yamaha APX 600 + AMS= BUY!

Wow,this guitar is amazing for the price. It plays and sounds like a guitar worth 5x this. Very comfortable, nice balance from lows to midst to highs. I mainy play electric and this guitar plays like an electric. Paired it up a fender acoustic amp it sounds amazing

I was in search of an acoustic guitar that played like an electric without spending a mint. After trying another guitar, I settled on the Yamaha. This guitar was exactly what I was looking for. It didn’t sound cheap or thin and the neck feels really nice. The body has a thinner depth and it fits me real well. Have and will recommend to others.

Unboxing the guitar was exciting: it is even nicer than it appeared on line. I love the sound of the guitar and the appearance. I just received the black one today and know that it will be with me for years to come.
Before I purchased this guitar I viewed it many times on YouTube from different reviewers and I am so impressed with the actual guitar that I feel that the reviewers didn't do it justice. It sits comfortably on my leg, the neck feels like a good fit in my small hand and the sound is everything that I had hoped for.

I love how slim this guitar is. Makes it easier to hold.
My daughter has been playing guitar for about 7 years. I just started taking lessons, and she highly recommended this one.
I found it very easy to tune. Keeps tune much better than the less expensive beginner I previously was using.

I needed a smaller/thinner guitar to learn on because of my size and a shoulder injury. This guitar is perfect! I ordered the blue and it’s gorgeous!! Sounds amazing and is so much easier for me to play. Definitely recommend!!

My guitar arrived sooner than it was suppose to. The guitar was double packed for safety. The shipping receipt was with the shipment as well.
I am normally skeptical of all companies claiming to have good service or even caring about service at all. From my search for the product all the way to receiving the guitar I am fully satisfied.

For the price, this is an excellent guitar. I bought it for my 13 year old daughter. Of course, you have the dilema of not wanting to spend a bunch of money for a beginner, but also not wanting something so poorly made that it is difficult to play; thus, keeping you from picking it up and practicing.
This is extremely well made for the price. The string spacing is a little closer, which is nice for smaller hands. The action out of the box was nice and very playable. It has a great sound. Of course, with the thinner body, it has less projection, and strumming it hard will tend to overdrive it a bit, but it sounds great when strummed light-mid... which helps to teach the nuances of touch. The finish of the white one is beautiful.
Overall, this is a great guitar, and exceptional value.

I love the built-in tuner, and the fact it stays tuned, once you tune it. I had another guitar, I had to tune after each time playing it. I love the beautiful, Black finish. The fret board feels great.

I bought this for my niece's first guitar, I played it for a few days to make sure all was well and am really only waiting for the blue burst one to come in so I can order myself one. It has a nice thin electric like neck(and thin body) that is incredibly easy to play. For a mostly electric player or someone younger or smaller starting out you can't find a better acoustic electric.

Grew up playing R&B and rock. Just recently did some Alternative and Jazz gigs and the Yamaha fit in very well with some of the songs that called for acoustics. Easy to get used to.
