I usually see stands that you have to adjust at the cross down below but this one has a latch so you can adjust it much easier without having to hurt your back. Also, i like that there is adjustable clamps to hold the keyboard in place.

I am so happy with my keyboard stand! It is solid, adjustable, and breaks down easily. When I brought it over to my friends house to jam he said, "wow, this is a really great keyboard stand!" It's true. It may cost more than some others but it is well worth it.

When I finished setting up my stand I notice the stand was unstable and rocking, at first I thought it was the little rubber things or I set it up wrong, so I check the markers and it was set up correctly so it was strange it's rocking. So I unassembled it and set it up again and it's still rocking. So I checked the beam at the bottom and turn out one of them is bent so the stand doesn't rest flat.

I've had this stand for over 7 months and I mostly use it at home for studio work and practice. It has an adjustment that extends the arms, which have little stoppers on the end, to accommodate different sized boards and keep them from sliding around or falling off. Pretty useful but I'm not sure it's really worth the money. You could get a decent 2 tier for this price.
Also one of my adjustment knobs doesn't work properly; it turns the entire arm and stopper around rather than just loosening the arm and allowing the stopper to stay in place.

A good solid stand that does not move around.
I had a little trouble assembling the stand. Please keep in mind that I am somewhat mechanically challenged. Once I got it figured out, everything went together very well.??
I don’t use the clamps for keeping the keyboard in place. My keyboard stays in place without them.
I am sure that this stand will last forever as it is very sturdy.

My favorite feature on this stand is the way the padded top stops adjust to secure my piano, no more sliding off the back of the stand nonsense. Its heavy duty construction will support any stage piano out there with ease, yet not too heavy to transport. It is height adjustable and folds up neatly for transport. I haven't had this stand very long but I am sure it is the last stand I will ever buy, it's definitely here for the long haul. I highly recommend it for working musicians who don't want to worry about their stand holding up to life on the road.

This is an example of a keyboard stand which folds for portability, but is plenty solid, and is suitable for a performance environment. It will hold a smallish midi controller to a full 88 key instrument (<= 300 lb). Height adjustment is easy, and there's also an available second tier attachment YKT7500, not included so you might have it specially ordered. Anyway, this stand is a good value on sale.

QUALITY:
I was very impressed with its quality. The finish is well done and it can easily hold my P140.
FEATURES:
The height adjustment mechanism is great. One is able to change its height when after having an instrument on top of it.
EASE OF USE:
Very easy to assemble and easy to use
VALUE:
A little expensive but worth it. It is cheaper and more useful than the wooden one made by Yamaha
