I’ve been referred to as a Swiss Army Knife in the studio. Whether it’s writing, producing, singing or recording. Production and vocals have always been a passion of mine in addition to playing guitar and piano.

Going to school in Los Angeles for Audio Engineering led me to recording studios where I’ve been blessed to work with Grammy nominated artists such as Swae Lee, Desiigner, Alessia Cara, Rico Love and more. Now I enjoying making my own music, building my own studio, and helping people select the gear to make that next #1 hit!

I graduated with a recording/production degree at Appalachian State University, and soon after went onto become a studio vocalist in Charlotte, NC, all the while fronting successful regional bands. I have been a professional musician for over 24 years. For 14 years I co-ran a Karaoke/DJ company in North Carolina. That company, Chubby’s Karaoke, then expanded to Cancun Mexico where I co-ran the night club Pancho & Willy’s while also heading up the house band Flashback. My favorite piece of gear right now is the Electro-Voice Evolve 50 rig. I am a musician of 20 years, and have been selling musical equipment for the past 10 years. I’m an active gigging musician, and have extensive applicable knowledge regarding what it takes to put on a flawless live show. I write and record music for my original Jazz/Rock group, Little Tigers in my home studio. In addition to being a guitarist and vocalist, I’m formally trained on the Trumpet and Cello. If I had to pick one piece of gear to be stranded on a desert island with it would have to be my 2011 American Fender ’52 Reissue Telecaster. I love being part of a team that helps customers achieve their musical dreams.

My musical journey began in elementary school as a drummer, then expanded to bass, guitar, keys, electronic music production and audio engineering. After interning at Oarfin Records and interning at Winterland Studios in Minneapolis, I moved to Indiana studying Sound Design and Production under Grammy award winning engineer Konrad Strauss at Indiana University. Upon completion of my degree, I spent a year interning at Audio Altimeter another studio in Minneapolis. I have worked with gold and platinum selling recording artists and Grammy winning artists such as Shaun Labelle, Zach "Reazon" Heiligman, Dave Barry, and Daryl Boudreaux. I took some time away from the studio to go out on the road with Surf Rock Pioneer Dick Dale, and also expanded my scope working as a live sound engineer, stage tech and broadcast board op before moving into sales. I currently own and operate Green River Recordings, offering analog and digital recording services in Minneapolis, founded in 2009. I love talking gear, I'm a complete gear nut!
