The principle behind the Laney Audiohub range of amplifiers is simple: ALL INSTRUMENTS ALL WELCOME! They are designed to give musicians the optimum performance, flexibility, and sound quality for any given audio application.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Laney AH80 Combo Amplifier can accommodate a variety of input options such as XLR and 1/4”. There are three independent channels: The first is designed to take a mic or line source, the second is for an unbalanced 1/4” stereo line source, and the third is a 1/4” input with Hi-Z for guitars and electric string instruments.
The AH80 also has an On-board Digital Delay with Feedback, Time & Level controls. Each individual channel has switch to turn the delay on and off, giving you the ability to add a bit of character to each input. There is also a 3.5mm stereo jack AUX input (CD/MP3/devices for play-a-long) and finally a 1/4” LINE out completes the front panel features. Add to this a 5-band master EQ and you have every base covered. The Laney AH80 houses a 1 × 10" custom driver and an HF horn, pumping out 80 watts RMS.
Audiohub equals flexibility – true to their name, Audiohubs perform with ease in any amplification application – keyboards, electronic drums, vocals, acoustic and electric string instruments as well as playback are all handled with ease.
Laney Audiohub amps sound great – they are powerful and true – what you put in you get out, but louder. Much louder. They sound clean and clear and should you wish to, the onboard EQs are powerful enough to dial out difference from venue to venue, meaning you get the best sound every time, all the time.
