Product Description

The Seymour Duncan TB16 59/Custom Hybrid Trembucker Pickup is an F-spaced humbucker that pairs the lush vintage warmth of the '59 model with the hotter crunch of the Custom series humbuckers. The trembucker spacing is designed for guitar with tremolos including Floyd Rose. Expect crisp, clear highs, ample lows, and aggressive midrange growl in humbucking mode. Splitting the coils yields the strong, full sound of Custom coil with it's 7.1k dc resistance.

The 59/Custom Hybrid pickup is recommended for use in the bridge position and snarls when you dig in, but cleans up when you lighten up. This powerful, versatile, and expressive pickup from Seymour Duncan is particularly suited to lead guitar work. Includes screws, springs, and wiring instructions.

Seymour Duncan TB16 59/Custom Hybrid Trembucker Pickup Features

  • Versatile blend of classic and modern tones
  • Recommended for blues, rock, pop, and classic rock
  • Unique hybrid construction pairs a '59 screw coil with a Custom slug coil for crisp, clear highs, powerful lows, and a complex midrange growl
  • Use in the bridge position with any vintage-output neck humbucker such as the '59n or the Alnico II Pro
