Over my decades long career playing live as my only source of income I have bought probably 30 sets of speaker stands. I tend to give them away to other musicians when I switch systems, but this set of stands is very well made and light.
They are strong and have the best bag to carry them around of any pair of stands I've ever had. Nicely padded.
The stands lock up nice and are well built, you cant go wrong buying them especially at the price.

Love these speakers stands! They are lightweight but strong and durable. The case they came with really makes taking them around much easier and is also very well made. The built in locking clips also allow peace of mind instead of relying solely on the test knob tension to keep your gear in the air

I bought four of these stands. Two for a client and two for me. I’ve used ultimate stands all my life and wanted these because they were EV branded. I sent two back. Really disappointed in the quality. The brackets are really cheap plastic. I know, I know,,, They all are. But the bracket where the base legs come to meet the center of the stand looks and feels super weak. I wish that these were better. The only branding was the knobs ,, And they felt cheap too. The bag is difficult to put the stands in to,, it fits too tight in the ends. Not really long enough.

I purchased these for use with a pair of EV ZLX15P main cabinets in situations where I don't need to use sub cabinets. They are built well and easy to set up. They fold up and fit nicely in the carry bag which is also well constructed. Very light weight for their construction. The knobs for tightening the locking clamps are big enough to give you good leverage but not so big that they aren't comfortable to grip. If you need sturdy stands without extras like assisted raising then these are the ones to get!

As a dj, the last thing you want to worry about is your gear falling apart during a gig. The previous speaker stands I had were a lot smaller and made me a little nervous during gigs that had a lot of people moving around like house parties or wedding receptions. These EV stands are perfect for any occasion and has a nice stable base to keep your speakers from wobbling if they happen to get bumped or moved by accident. I initially purchased this product to match my EV speakers set but regardless of what upgrades I make to my speakers, these stands are a must have for any occasion.

These stands are so easy to set! They are strong and sturdy and can take a beating and never fail you. I bought these 4 months ago with my Mackie Thump Powered Speakers and I play 5 nights a week and they still work perfect. They are the ones I've been looking for that could meet my expectations. Get you some because the price is right and the quality is excellent!

In my research for inexpensive stands for my speakers, I found these to be the only ones with a reversible shaft and a thick nylon carrying case for around $100. The closest I found was $40 more with similar features. The stands are very durable and easily hold my speakers with perfect balance. The included case has nice padding inside and will ensure protection during transport to gigs. I highly recommend them to anyone on a budget or simply to have a quality product at a very affordable price.

These are very light weight but stable stands. Seem to be well built. In a windy environment, the holes for the safety pins can ‘whistle’, which when your playing loud is no big deal, but I use these a lot for wedding ceremonies so I’ve had to invest in more gaffers tape to cover them up.

These stands are a great addition to the people who are definitely looking at stands for their business or band's speakers. They are very lighting--weight with a very nice heavy made carrying case.They are very easy to tote around with the carry case. I choose these EV stands over my heavier stands any day of the week, because of the weight difference and they still can be counted on to get the job done.
