Not only is this the coolest looking slide ever, it is also the best sounding. The tones are crisp with sustain. This is the first slide that I actually enjoy using. Previously owned glass and brass slides but where never happy with them. I would buy another of it breaks. I highly recommend. As always, AMS is wonderful.

My favorite ceramic slide! COMPARED TO the Dunlop 243, this slide is a bit thicker and it fits MUCH better on the finger. it slides across the strings great and is a must have for electric slide players. The tone provided is very crisp and clear; not as poppy or bright as a glass slide.

I played with a lot of slides over the course of my almost three decades of playing guitar. This slide is extremely well made and represents its namesake very well. I can trust it to help me get the sound that I want and hold up over time. Best of all, it's a wicked looking slide!

I had been using glass slides until a Friend let me try out his Joe Perry Boneyard slide, I had to have one. I use it for playing worship and I need sustain. This slide has a thick wall, the vibration does not pass through and be absorbed by my finger. I bought two.

Maybe a little more quality control-I'm guessing the size varies a little, which is fine if you can try it on first, not as good when mail ordering.
Your general opinion of this product.
I got the small which said 18mm inside diameter, which is what I wanted. It turns out, mine was 17mm, nice for a pinky but too small for my ring finger (I like it to go to the second joint). A little time with the Dremel tool solved that problem though. Overall, a nice slide.
Nice sounding, not too different from thick glass.
