Been looking for a new pick to try and glad I got these last month from AMS. Love the sharp tip on them and even though they are little slippery like most nylon picks, the logo's on both sides keeps it from slipping while playing. Will be ordering more of these as no place carry's them locally.

I have been using jazz 3 nylon picks for years but they are pretty small and many times i found myself wishing for just a bit more pick at the top. I tried flow picks but found them a little too wide near the tip and not as accurate. The Jim Root pick, at least in theory, aims to solve this by employing the jazz 3 tip married to a standard pick top. The result is mixed, it is more accurate than either a flow or a standard but has far less grip than a primetone or current jazz 3. Because of the harder, more slippery surface it can move around between your thumb and forefinger. If this pick had the gripping surface of a primetone pick i would have given it five stars.

I've played jazz 111 picks,John petrucci, Andy James flow picks and many many others. The reg jazz 111 is Abit to small for me but I love the pick. These Jim root jazz 111's are perfect,a little bigger than the regular jazz picks. Highly recommend

I love these picks. I am not able to find these except for online. I always grab a pack when I make a purchase. They last a long time and I usually buy them just to have them In stock in my gig bag.

Tried it out since Jim Root is one of my favorite guitarists. Was amazed at how good it felt and wasn't diificult to adjust to since im used to jazz III picks
