This Dunlop fretboard cleaning kit is the best. I have used it for many years. Darkens rosewood to show off the wood grains. Looks great on ebony. Don't use this on maple boards. The fret cloth will make your frets sparkle. Every guitarist should own this.

Dunlop still makes some of the best guitar care products out there, I trust their products and they are reasonably priced. The addition of the cleaner/prep solution makes this an even greater value, you may have to apply several layers of prep cleaner in order to dissolve oils and dirt completely and you should allow some evaporation to maximize it's effectiveness. If you apply this product the way it's supposed to be applied, it will really perk up your frets.the deep conditioner really works well and even though you don't get more than a couple of ounces, it is enough to do many necks.

Great product, cleans and rejuvenates the fretboard. Using this product, helped me get the hard to remove stuff of the fretboard, I did use a toothbrush as well, but great product overall!!! Highly recommended!

The oil applicator is a little finicky, but the products work great and the fretboard is cleaner and glossier.
